I recently stayed at Talissa 2 with my elderly parents, and I must say, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. From helping my parents navigate the small but cozy rooms to accommodating their needs, their care was truly exceptional. Despite the minor issue with the leaking faucet and shower, the staff promptly addressed it, showing great attention to detail and genuine concern for our experience. The presence of heating and air conditioning provided a perfect climate for my parents, making our stay even more enjoyable. If we ever return to Manaus, there's no doubt we'll choose Talissa 2 again for their outstanding service and dedication to their guests' satisfaction.
